SHIPPING POLICY

Please read our Shipping Policy Carefully. Keep in mind that during holidays or new launches, shipping times may vary.
Processing: 1 business days (excludes weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays), Total Shipping Time (not incl. processing): 2-3 business days. 
Once your order is done processing, your order will ship the day after. Please make sure your shipping address has been entered correctly with no spelling errors and valid information. Any errors can result in lengthy delays to delivery or your order being returned to sender. 
We are not liable for any delays or issues that may arise as a result of an incorrect address and this includes delivery to a a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

Please note: Tracking is only accessible once the order has been shipped.

**We try our best to pack all items in the same bag however on rare occasions some orders may be sent in multiple parcels, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped.

 DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide standard shipping to over 200 countries. If you happen to be located in a country that we do not ship too, we'll contact you immediately. 
 
 DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Definitely. You'll receive an email once your order ships with tracking information. It may take up to 48 hours for the information to be updated. If for any reason you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days conveniently you can enter your order # on our "Track Your Package" page for an updated status of your order or email us for more information. 
 
 WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE? 
Items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you placed a bulk order, meaning you purchased two or more products and your received package is missing any items, don't worry. We may ship orders in multiple/separate packages due to weight restrictions and to ensure the fastest shipping delivery as soon as the item is located in the warehouse.
